Treatment decisions are based on high level clinical research. We spend as much time as needed to achieve the best results. Dr. Maresca worked as a General Dentist and has a Masters in Operative Dentistry. She understands the difficulties you encounter as a General Dentist, and she can advise you regarding the restorability and prognosis of the Tooth. In addition, each root canal will be returned with a purple orifice barrier, which has been shown to significantly reduce leakage and help you visualize the chamber floor. We are also glad to leave and place your post and core if you so choose. Our goal is to reduce your stress, and help and guide you through the root canals that you do yourself, as well as the ones that you refer to us.

We will schedule a follow up appointment with all of our patients to ensure that they return to the referring dentist for final restoration, and to make sure the Root Canal Treatment is showing signs of healing.

We also e-mail a report and the x-rays to our referring dentist on the same day that the patient is seen in our office. Referring dentists are welcome and encouraged to directly call or text Dr. Maresca’s cell phone in cases of emergencies, or just to get advice on a case without the need to contact our front desk.

We stand behind our treatment - everything possible will be done to address problems and complications. Every Patient will get Dr. Maresca’s personal phone number so that they can contact her at any time, including weekends, with any concerns they may have.

Emergency patients are always accommodated as soon as possible.
