Dr. Homa Azargoon grew up in Raleigh, NC. After graduating from Athens high school, she attended North Carolina State University graduating Valedictorian with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and a minor in Genetics. Following her passion for helping others, Dr. Azargoon then attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC- CH) Dental school where she developed her interest for Endodontics. After graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors, Dr. Azargoon attended Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry where she obtained her degree in the specialty of Endodontics. In 2011, Dr. Azargoon became board certified in the specialty of Endodontics.

Dr. Azargoon is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), American Dental Association, and NC Dental society. She has served as an AAE public & professional affairs committee member, part time clinical adjunct professor for the Endodontic department at the UNC-CH Dental School, and past president of the Tar Heel Dental study club in Boone, NC.

In 2010, Dr. Azargoon started her private practice in Boone, NC where she could serve the wonderful people of the High Country. After 11 years of service in Boone, Dr. Azargoon decided to return to Raleigh where she could be closer to family. In her free time, Dr. Azargoon spends time with her husband, Ben, friends and family. She likes trying foods from around the world, loves being outdoors, and looks forward to her next hiking adventure.
