Our forms contain all the details of our policies. Please feel free to contact our office manager if you have any additional questions.

Scheduling

We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We also strive to be on time. However, root canal procedures are sometimes unpredictable (for example, time to full anesthetization). So, if we anticipate being more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will call you so that you can adjust your schedule. This also means that we need you to be on time so that the patients after you are not delayed. Feel free to call before leaving for your appointment to make sure we are running on time.

We keep two emergency appointments open each day to take care of patients in extreme pain.

Financial policies

We understand that root canal treatments are costly procedures and we try to work with you and your financial needs. We deal with all insurance carriers and will do what we can to help you maximize your benefits. You can discuss the specifics of your dental insurance with our office.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card), personal checks, and cash.

We also work with Care Credit, a healthcare financial company that can provide six months of interest-free financing. If needed, longer payment terms are available for qualified patients.

Endodonics consent

While serious complications associated with root canal therapy are very rare, we would like our patients to be informed about the various procedures involved in endodontic therapy and have your consent before starting treatment. We will review the risks and options with you.

HIPAA consent

That wonderful HIPAA stuff! Basically, we need your consent to talk to your dentist and insurance company about your visit with us. You can see the details on our patient forms.
